This notice explains how Simon Shperling, operating as Shperling Studio in Israel, handles information submitted through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms.
Information we collect
We collect your name, phone number, optional email address, business category and marketing goal.
Providing information is voluntary. Without the required contact details, we cannot arrange your consultation.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, arrange your free marketing consultation and discuss the services relevant to your enquiry. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and sharing
We currently manage lead submissions within Meta’s business tools and do not export them to a CRM or spreadsheet. If you contact us by email, correspondence is also stored with our email provider, Proton Mail.

Service providers may process information outside Israel. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, provide requested services and meet applicable legal obligations. Meta’s own retention practices also apply to information held by Meta.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your information, request deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and any necessary retention obligations.
